SFC (Ret.) Albert Riker Jr., 79, of Armstrong died Wednesday, Aug. 25, 2023, in Branson.
He is survived by his wife Connie Riker of the home in Armstrong; his four children, Sherry Riker (Jeff) of Boonsville; Amanda Riker (Mark Kothe) of Venice, Fla.; Mollie Thornton (Jamaal) of Fayette, and Joseph Saski (Lisa) of the state of Pennsylvania; 12 grandchildren and one great-grandson; his siblings, Jean Anderson, Jerry Riker, Henry Riker, Michael Riker, David Riker, Gary Riker, and Danny Riker, all from out of state; a number of nieces and nephews; as well as a host of other relatives and friends.
Funeral services will be held at 11:30 a.m. Thursday, Aug. 31, 2023, in Memorial Chapels and Crematory of Waynesville/St. Robert. Burial with Full Military Honors will follow in the Missouri Veterans Cemetery in Waynesville. Visitation will be held from 10:30 a.m. until service time at 11:30 a.m. Thursday in Memorial Chapel.
Memorial contributions can be made in memory of Albert Riker, Jr. and may be left at Memorial Chapel.
