Kenneth Bert “Woody’’ Wood, 80, of Lebanon, died Friday, Dec. 3, 2021, in Lebanon.

He was born April 11, 1941, in Lebanon, Mo. to Bert and Stella Loney Wood.

On Aug. 29, 1959, he married Patsy Schuyler.

He was preceded in death by his parents; two sisters, Marilyn Wood and Mildred “Midge’’ Berry; and one brother-in-law, Jim Schuyler.

“Woody’’ graduated from Lebanon High School with the class of 1959. He worked for Detroit Tool for 33 years, where he was a master machinist, prior to his retirement in 2006. He was an avid fisherman and bowler. He also enjoyed hunting. He was a fan of the Kansas City Chiefs and the St. Louis Cardinals. Time spent and laughter shared with his family is what he treasured most.

He was a member of Liberty Freewill Baptist Church.

Survivors include his wife Patsy “Pat” of the home; children, Kenneth B. Wood, Jr. “Jay” and his wife Kim Campbell of Kansas City, Mo. and Holly Christine Graves and her husband Keith of Bolivar; one sister, Margaret Koffer and her husband Ken of Jefferson City; six grandchildren, Robert Michael Wood and his wife Kelee, Jeremy Christopher Wood, Katherine Rae Wood, Cody Allen Graves and his wife Tiffany, Tyler Scott Graves and Rachel Renee Graves; great-grandchildren, Adian Gail Wood, Allie Varella Wood and Ezra Allen Graves; brothers-in-law, Bill Schuyler and his wife Billie of Varna, Ill. and Bob Schuyler and his wife Marilyn of Alamogordo, N.M.; other relatives and many friends.

Funeral services for Kenneth Bert “Woody’’ Wood will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday, Dec. 8, 2021, at Shadel’s Colonial Chapel with Keith Graves and Cody Graves officiating. Burial will be in Lebanon Cemetery under the direction of Shadel’s Colonial Chapel of Lebanon. Visitation will be from 6-8 p.m. Tuesday also at Shadel’s Colonial Chapel.
