Infant Dak James Creamer, died Saturday, Jan. 8, 2022, in Lebanon.

He was born Jan. 8, 2022, in Lebanon, Mo. to David and Kelsey Doublin Creamer.

Survivors include his parents, David and Kelsey Creamer and one sister, Mya Jeanne Creamer, all of the home; maternal grandparents, Trish and Chris Fletcher and Kelly and Amanda Doublin, all of Lebanon; paternal grandparents, Mary and Dean Louth of Ohio; aunts and uncles, Chris Hevean and his wife Danielle and their family, Nick Hevean and his wife Christina and their family, Kylie Doublin and Kaleb Doublin and his wife Rachel; other relatives; church family and numerous family friends.

A graveside service and burial will be held at 2:30 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 15, 2022, at Sunnyview Cemetery with Mike Anthony and Bruce Doublin officiating, under the direction of Shadel’s Colonial Chapel of Lebanon.
