With the forecast of excessive heat for football Friday, the Lebanon ‘Jacket Football home opener against Parkview now has a new kickoff time of 8 p.m.
“It’s still going to be terrible, but it will be legal. Before that, 7 o’clock, it’ll be pushing it, and so we’re just not going to do that. So, 8 o’clock and MSHAA has the beginning of the year water break program, which is an increased number of water breaks, and then you just gotta play a lot of kids and just rock and roll,” said Head Coach Will Christian.
