Jack Mundt, 77, of Phillipsburg, was born July 16, 1948, in Palmer, Neb. to John William and Margie Garrett Mundt and died Wednesday, Nov. 26, 2025, at Mercy Hospital in Springfield.
He is survived by his wife Judy Mundt of the home; two daughters, Kim Mundt and Jennifer Mundt; a son, Jack Mundt and his wife Holly; eight grandchildren, 18 great-grandchildren; a sister, Lola Ruzicka, and a sister-in-law, Helen Mundt.
Funeral services were held at 10 a.m. Tuesday, Dec. 2, 2025, at Holman-Howe Funeral Home. Burial was in Lebanon Cemetery. Visitation was from 5-7 p.m. Monday, Dec. 1, 2025, in the funeral home.
