Fred Waterman, 76, well known local builder and developer, died Saturday, Aug. 31, 2019, at his home in Phillipsburg.
He was born Jan. 1, 1943, in Lebanon, Mo. to Dixie Lambert and Teamon Waterman.
Fred was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Stanley Waterman.
Fred married Vivian Long, and all but a few years of their marriage were spent in the Lebanon/Phillipsburg area where he pursued his building career and farming.
Survivors include his wife Vivian, and two daughters, Carrie Waterman and her daughter Story, and Heidi Reeves and husband Aron and their daughter, Penelope; one brother, Larry Waterman and his wife Colleen; lots of special nephews and nieces, other relatives and many, many wonderful friends.
There will be a “Memorial Gathering’’ at Washington Christian Church, 17792 Ostrich Drive, Lebanon, on Saturday, Sept. 7, 2019, at 2 p.m. In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to Washington Christian Church.
