Ella Jane Allen, 38, of Louisburg, died Nov. 27, 2020, in Louisburg.

She was born Aug. 11, 1982, in Lebanon to Clarence Clay and Linda Kay Corn Sloan.

On Oct. 29, 2005, she was married to Chester LeRoy Allen.

She is preceded in death by her parents and father and mother-in-law, Fred and Debra Marks.

Ella attended school in Lebanon where she made many dear friends. She was a devoted wife, mother, and sister. She was employed as a nurses aid for Colonial Springs Nursing Home and was Volunteer Fire Fighter #406, for Louisburg Volunteer Fire Department and #1225 Fire Fighter for Urbana Rural Fire Department. Ella enjoyed fishing, hunting, hiking, her dogs and cats, attending dirt track racing, especially at Dallas County Speedway, but mostly the precious time spent with her husband and dear family.

She is survived by her loving husband, Chester Allen; one son, Hunter Allen of the home; three daughters, Destiny Allen of Buffalo and Heavenly and Hayley Allen, both of the home; her brother, Clarence Clay Sloan, Jr. of Springfield; her sister, Lydia Sloan Weidman and her husband Mike of Lebanon; her sister-in-law, Lisa Sloan of Sleeper; several nieces and nephews, other relatives and dear friends.

A celebration of life for Ella Jane Allen will be held at noon on Saturday, Jan. 2, 2021, at Urbana First Baptist Church. Burial will be at a later date under the direction of Shadel’s Colonial Chapel of Lebanon.

Memorials have been suggested to Ella’s Family for expenses and donations can be left at or mailed to Shadel’s Colonial Chapel, P.O. Box 948, Lebanon, MO 65536.
