Deborah Marie Pressly, 64, of Lebanon, died Saturday, March 20, 2021, in Lebanon.

He was born April 12, 1956, in Camdenton, Mo. to Arnold D. “Jack’’ and Stella Jane Blanton Mooney.

In August of 1984 she married Mark Pressly.

She was preceded in death by her parents; two sisters Virginia Lee Mooney in infancy and Rita Jane Brown; and one brother, Jack Mooney.

After graduation from Lebanon High School in 1974, Deborah entered the United States Army and served for two years during the Vietnam era. She was honorably discharged on June 25, 1976. When returning to Lebanon, Deborah became a devoted homemaker to her family.

She is survived by her husband Mark;  two sons, Andrew Scott Pressly and his wife Janice of Edwards, Mo. and Chad Gerald Pressly and his wife Nichole of Lebanon;  five grandchildren, Trystan C., and Jaxon D. Pressly, Nicholas A., Kelli E. and Allyson M. Koontz;  one brother, Jim Mooney and his wife Valerie of Falcon; five sisters, Shirley Butcher and her husband Kelly, Barbara North and her husband Harold, Sharon Rogers, Cindy Luper and her husband Mike, and Evelyn Wise and her husband Sam, all of Lebanon; her mother-in-law, Meridith Pressly of Lebanon;  brothers and sisters-in-law, Ronald Pressly of Springfield; Debra Gilmore and Raymond of Strafford; Tamara Peters and Stephen, Gina Carvel and Kimberly Barnes and Freeman, all of Lebanon; many other relatives and dear friends.

Funeral services for Deborah Marie Pressly will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, March 26, 2021 at Shadel’s Colonial Chapel with Kelly Douglas officiating. Burial will be in Buffalo Prairie Cemetery near Montreal with military honors provided by the United States Army, under the direction of Shadel’s Colonial Chapel of Lebanon. Visitation will begin at 5 p.m. Thursday at Shadel’s Colonial Chapel. Under the guidelines of the CDC and the state of Missouri, the staff of Shadel’s Colonial Chapel ask that you observe social distancing and proper hygiene. The family ask for their safety and the safety of others, that masks be worn. Those guidelines will be monitored during this time to accommodate the family and their wishes. Memorials have been suggested in memory of Deborah to the Wounded Warrior Project or Janet’s Wish. Donations may be left at or mailed to Shadel’s Colonial Chapel, P.O. Box 948 or 1001 N.
