Deanie Henson, 75, of Conway, died Monday, March 29, 2021.
He was born July 20, 1945, in Lebanon, Mo. to Gail and Izola Henson.
On July 30, 1965, he married Linda Day and they shared 55 years together.
He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother-in-law, Dave Malzahn.
Deanie was an inspector for MoDOT and retired with 31 years of service in 1995. He also was a farmer.
He was saved at an early age and joined Warden Chapel Church. Deanie attended Conway First Baptist for 40 years.
Survivors include his wife Linda of the home; a son, Dennis of Springfield, and a daughter, Lynette and friend Mike of Springfield; his special buddy, Milan Patel, of Green Bay, Wis.; Martha, Brad, Drew, Ella and Seth Boswell of Columbia; brother, JW and Sherry Henson of Conway; two sisters, Merylene Dampier-Malzahn of Kansas City; Joan Moore of Marshfield; and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
Funeral services for Deanie Henson will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, April 3, 2021, at the Conway First Baptist Church with his nephew, Trey Everett officiating. Burial will follow in the Graham Cemetery at Conway. Visitation will be 5-7 p.m. Friday at Day Funeral Home in Marshfield.
