Danny “Farmer’’ Lynn Vaughn, 64, of Lebanon, died Thursday, April 1, 2021, in Lebanon.
He was born May 1, 1956, in Lebanon, Mo. to John Thomas and Gladys (Wolken) Vaughn.
On April 27, 1974, he married Debbie Stoner.
He was preceded in death by his parents; seven brothers, Harley, Tony, Tommy, Gene, Johnny, Eddie, and Donald Vaughn; two sisters, Fredia Daniels and Maxine Vaughn (in infancy).
Danny enjoyed fishing, hunting and watching wrestling. He worked in the automotive field for many years, doing everything from detailing and rebuilding to selling. He also hauled boats for Bass Tracker for several years. He most of all loved the time spent with family and especially his grandchildren. He talked to them daily and loved to hear their experiences.
He is survived by his wife, Debbie; daughters Michelle Hildebrand and her husband Jason of Lebanon, and Jessica Vaughn-Bettes of Evening Shade; five grandchildren, Makayla Hildebrand and significant other John Martin, Santana (Shyla) Hildebrand, Keelie Minor, Justine Fortner and Jenzen Fortner; one great-grandchild, Kinder Vaughn-Hildebrand; his brother Ronald Vaughn of Lebanon; three sisters, Kathryn Rittenhouse of Lancaster, Pa.; Connie Dame of Lebanon, and Judy Hicks of Arvada, Colo.
Funeral services for Danny “Farmer’’ Lynn Vaughn will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday, April 6, 2021, at Shadel’s Colonial Chapel with the Rev. Allen Reeves officiating. Burial will be in Mount Rose Memorial Park Cemetery, under the direction of Shadel’s Colonial Chapel of Lebanon. Visitation will be at 6 p.m. Monday, April 5, at Shadel’s Colonial Chapel.
