Army Veteran Charles Norman “Charley’’ Long, 92, of Richland, died Tuesday, Aug. 22, 2023, in the Truman VA Hospital in Columbia.
He is survived by one daughter, Becki Long Ruggles (LaVan) of Richland; two sons, Buck Long (Cindy) of Nixa; Andy Long (Eyde) of Iberia; 11 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren; and many other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held at 1 p.m. until time of service at 2 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 26, 2023, in the First Baptist Church of Richland. Burial with Full Military Honors will follow in the Oaklawn Cemetery of Richland.
Memorial contributions may be made in memory of Army Veteran Charles Norman “Charley’’ Long to the Ozark Honor Flight and may be left at the Memorial Chapel of Richland.
