He was born April 5, 1956, in Wapwallopen, Pa. to Wendell and Shirley (Conner) Conklin.

He was preceded in death by his parents; his first wife Lark Conklin; his second wife Sharon Conklin; and a brother, John Conklin.

Bruce worked as a diesel mechanic for Republic Services in Camdenton for over 30 years.  Bruce was an extremely loving husband, father, and friend. He was someone that his friends and family could rely on and was one of the nicest and most generous people you could ever meet. He worked hard to provide a good life for his family and had the best work ethic around. He rarely did anything for himself and always put the needs of others before his own. He enjoyed golf and spending time with his kids and grandkids.

He is survived by his children, Shannon Conklin and wife Jen of Lebanon, N.J.; Travis Conklin and fiancé Justine Deal of Appleton, Wis.; Dakota Conklin of Lebanon, and Ashley Coppinger and husband Ger of Akron, Ohio; four grandchildren, Lark and Lily Conklin, and Jack and Kaia Rosendahl; brothers Barry Conklin and wife Jan of Bethlehem, Pa. and Terry Conklin of Stillwater, Pa.
