ZENNA ALETHIA KLEMIN

Zenna Alethia Klemin, 72, of Lebanon, died Friday, Sept. 10, 2021, in Lebanon.

She was born Aug. 20, 1949, in Fort Knox, Ky. to Homer Earl and Norma Belle Davis Barton.

On April 1, 1995, she married Dale Klemin, and they shared the next 14 years of love and precious memories together before his passing.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband Dale Klemin on Oct. 22, 2009, and by a brother, J.L. “George’’ Barton.

Zenna graduated from Willard High School. After graduating she worked at different jobs, including helping on several dairy farms in the area. She also was employed at several convenience stores and with both the VFW and American Legion. She was also a wonderful homemaker and provided a warm and loving home for her family. She was a caregiver for many individuals in their home for several years. She was very dedicated to all veterans and especially the FRG.

She is survived by two sons, Edwin Kenneth Smart (Alesia Lake) of Lebanon, and Raymond Eugene Jackson (Sharrie Horton) of Bakersfield, Calif.; her daughter, Kimberly Jo Jackson of Lebanon; three grandchildren, Trentin Lane Smart, Jonathan M. Davis, and Jayda Lyn McKee; one great-grandson, Avery Davis; other relatives and many dear friends.

Funeral services for Zenna Alethia Klemin will be held at 10:30 a.m. Friday, Sept. 17, 2021, at Shadel’s Colonial Chapel with the Rev. Don Sing officiating.

Burial will be in New Home Cemetery near Falcon, under the direction of Shadel’s Colonial Chapel of Lebanon.

Visitation will begin at 9:30 a.m. also on Friday, Sept. 17, 2021, at Shadel’s Colonial Chapel, until time service time at 10:30 a.m.
