Wrestling teams capture Ozark Conference championships

The Lebanon High School varsity boys’ wrestling team’s won their fourth consecutive Ozark Conference championship this past weekend at the Ozark Empire Fairground in Springfield. The boys’ team finished with 201 points, besting Bolivar by 7.5 points (193.5) and Rolla by 63.5 points (137.5). Lebanon had four individual Ozark Conference champions, including Davis Joiner (126 pounds), Andrew Bowling (132 pounds), Bo Rosen (145 pounds), and Zack Smith (285 pounds). Joiner won his second OC title via major decision (14-1) over Rolla’s Kayden Kinder after beating Jalen Ndongi (Central) and Logan Tibben (Camdenton) to begin his day.
