William Randy Starnes, 65, of Richland, died Monday afternoon, March 8, 2021, at his home.
He is survived by his wife Julie Starnes of the home; his two sons, John Starnes of Brownfield, and Brandon Adkins of Lebanon; his brother, Homer Starnes and his wife Linda; as well as his sister, Minnie Rector and her husband Don of Pensacola, Fla.
Services for William Randy Starnes will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday, March 27, 2021, at the Holman-Howe Funeral Home in Lebanon, under the direction of Holman-Howe Funeral Home of Lebanon.
