William “Dennis’’ Goodwin, 82, of Mansfield, was born June 8, 1942, in Deepwater, Mo. to Boyd and Mabel (Purtle) Goodwin and died Friday, Sept. 27, 2024, at his home.
He is survived by his wife Linda Lou (Gouge) Goodwin of Mansfield; two sons, Daniel LeRoy Goodwin and wife Shelda Lee of Overland Park, Kan., and Dwight Lyle Goodwin of Gardner, Kan.; two grandchildren, three great-grandchildren; two brothers, Albert Leroy Goodwin of Phoenix, Ariz. and Larry Eugene Goodwin of Gardner, Kan.; three sisters-in-law, Carolyn Jo Goodwin, Billie “Joyce’’ (Craig) Goodwin, and Donna Sue (Gouge) of Mansfield.
Funeral services will be held at 12:30 p.m. Friday, Oct. 4, 2024, at Craig-Hurtt Funeral Home in Mansfield. Burial will be in Mt. Zion Cemetery. Visitation will be from 11 a.m.-12:30 p.m. Friday in the funeral home.
