A Waynesville woman was hurt in a two-vehicle wreck at 8:15 p.m. Monday on Missouri 5 and Route VV, seven miles north of Lebanon.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol reported that a 16-year-old juvenile from Lebanon was attempting to turn southbound and failed to yield to a northbound 2013 Toyota Prius driven by Rebecca A. Wolf, 53, of Waynesville.
