Vera Lee Wrinkle, 75, of Lebanon, Friday, Nov. 18, 2022, in Lebanon.
She was born May 19, 1947.
On Dec. 24, 1983, she was united in marriage to Richard E. Wrinkle.
She was preceded in death by her parents; and her children, Christopher and Jennifer.
Vera was raised in a military family and lived in various places including Germany and Kansas while she was growing up. After graduating from high school, she earned her bachelor’s degree from Missouri State University in Springfield. Through the years, she worked for the Missouri State Department of Family Services in Buffalo and Waynesville. She later worked for the Missouri Division of Aging for as long as her health permitted. She was very interested in the extra-terrestrial and especially aliens. She was always supportive of her husband’s work in law enforcement. She centered her life around her family and especially enjoyed her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
She is survived by her husband Richard of the home; two daughters, Lisa Williams of Nixa, and Holly Beal of Tulsa, Okla.; a grandson, Gabriel Smith of the home; several other grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; a sister, Regina Foxx of Dallas, Texas; special friends, Paula Deselms, Alice Ledbetter, Judy Hueppelsheuser, and Judy Benage, as well as a host of other relatives and friends.
