Sherry Mae (York) Sundell, 63 of Lake Ozark, Mo., formerly of Waynesville, Mo., passed away Sunday, March 15, 2026, in the Phelps Health Hospital of Rolla, Mo.
Sherry is survived by three children: Justin Sundell (Brenda Stratton) of Republic, Mo., Kara Sundell of St. Robert, Mo. and Tyler Sundell (Katie Clark) of Overland Park, Kan.; two grandchildren: Rylee Sundell and Kayden Sundell; stepmother: Beulah York of the state of Kentucky; one brother: Terry York (Annette) of Richland, Mo.; brother-in-law: Allen Wood of Waynesville, Mo.; special friend: Dexter Fountain of Camdenton, Mo.; several nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held beginning at 5:00 p.m. Thursday, March 19, 2026, with services following at 6:30 p.m. Thursday, March 19, 2026, in the Memorial Chapels and Crematory of Waynesville/St. Robert.
Memorial contributions may be made in memory of Sherry Sundell to the Waynesville R-VI School District Lunch Buddy Program or to the Elks Lodge No. 2517 of Osage Beach, Mo. and may be left at Memorial Chapels and Crematory of Waynesville/St. Robert.
