Two people from St. Louis were injured in a single-vehicle accident at 2:30 p.m. Monday on Interstate 44 at the 125 westbound mile marker.
According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, Gary R. Bukovatz, 63, of Springfield, the driver of a westbound 2016 Volvo was pulling to the shoulder as a gust of wind caused his vehicle to overturn on the roadway.
