Two Lebanon men face charges in Dallas County in connection with kidnapping and terrorizing a woman with ties to Laclede and Dallas counties.
Timothy Norton, 56, and James Phelps, 58, are charged with kidnapping, inflicting injury and terrorizing in the first degree.
A judge ordered both men held without bond.
The alleged victim, Cassidy Rainwater, 33, has been missing since July 25.
