A single vehicle accident on Morgan Road at 2:54 p.m. on March 14, injured the driver, Tyler A. Owen, 27, of Lebanon.
Owen suffered “disabling” injuries, according to the Lebanon Police Department report.
Owen’s 1996 Chevrolet 1500 was traveling north on Morgan Road at what witnesses and LPD officers determined from evidence at the scene was a high rate of speed.
Owen’s vehicle ran off the right side of wet pavement and through the ditch before skidding at “a slight right angle” and colliding with a utility pole.
