The wait for Tristan Wilson is finally over. On Wednesday morning, the Lebanon High School offensive lineman made his pledge to Mizzou head football coach Eli Drinkwitz and offensive line coach Marcus Johnson to continue his academic and athletic career at the University of Missouri.
"First off I would like to thank my Lord and Saviour, Jesus Christ," Wilson posted on his Twitter. " I'd like to thank my mom for always pushing me to become a better man and student athlete. I want to thank my coaching staff for always supporting me through this entire process. I'm extremely excited to announce that I am staying home and will be committing to the University of Missouri.
He is the seventh commit for the 2022 class and chose the Tigers over the likes of Alabama, Arizona State, Arkansas, Baylor, Illinois, Iowa State, Kentucky, Miami, TCU, and Virginia Tech.
