Tonia Dawn Wade, 44, of Waynesville, died Saturday, Oct. 30, 2021, in the Select Specialty Hospital of Springfield.
She was born Dec. 10, 1976.
Survivors include her husband Jeffrey Wade of the home; four daughters, Jasper Wade, Rachael Wade, Renee Wade, and Ralee Wade, all of Waynesville; one granddaughter, Ellie Wade of Waynesville; two sisters, Tonia Fletcher (Toby) of Camdenton and Shawna Pauig (Jake) of Falls Church, Va.; mother-in-law, Peggy Wade of Waynesville; other relatives and friends.
Graveside services and burial for Tonia Dawn Wade will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, Nov. 4, 2021, in the Missouri Veterans Cemetery of Waynesville.
Arrangements are under the direction of Memorial Chapels and Crematory of Waynesville/St. Robert.
