Willoughby Thomas “Tom’’ Boulware III, 81, of Lebanon, was born Aug. 6, 1943, in Houston, Texas to Charles E. and Mildred (McReynolds) Boulware and died Saturday, June 8, 2025, in Lebanon.
He is survived by his wife Lynn Terry Boulware of the home; two daughters, Brenna Caldwell and her husband Doug of Lynchburg and Katherine Boulware of Fort Worth, Texas; two grandchildren, one great-grandson; two brothers, Gene Boulware of Houston, Texas and Edward Boulware of Montgomery, Texas.
No services are planned at this time. His body is to be cremated under the direction of Shadel’s Colonial Chapel of Lebanon.
