Thao H. Ngugen-Gould, 36, of Lebanon, died Sunday, March 16, 2025, at Mercy Hospital in Springfield.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Monday, March 24, 2025, at Holman-Howe Funeral Home in Lebanon. Burial will be in Mount Rose Memorial Park.
A memorial to the family has been established and donations may be made through the funeral home.
