Steven Michael Kennedy, 66, of Lebanon, died Saturday, March 11, 2023.
He was born Aug. 25, 1956, in Beloit, Wis. to Paul Dean and Beverly Ann Peterson Kennedy.
Steven was united in marriage with Patsy Dittbenner.
Those preceding him in death were his parents and two sisters, Paula and Teresa “Terry.’’
He proudly served our country in both the United States Navy and the United States Army. He entered in 1975 and received his honorable discharge in 1992. He worked on computers as part of military intelligence. More recently he was a welder, but his family lovingly referred to him as the “jack of all trades.’’ He enjoyed grilling and fishing, however most important was time spent with his family.
He is survived by his wife Patsy; two children, Stephanie Marie Durham and her husband Paul of Illinois and Steven Michael Kennedy, Jr. and his fiancee Jennifer Jones of Lebanon; six grandchildren, Jessica Paige Durham, Tyler Alexander Durham, Patrick James Kennedy, Jennifer Nicole Kennedy, Natalee Lynn Kennedy and Aiden Scott Kennedy; two great-grandchildren, Willow Lynn Waters and Zoey Dawn Waters; other relatives and many friends.
There is no service planned at this time for Steven Michael Kennedy. His body is to be cremated.
