Sonya Sue Parish, 80, of Lebanon, formerly of Camdenton, died Wednesday, October 12, 2022, in Springfield.
She was born Sept. 18, 1942m in Osage Beach, Mo. to Frank and Doral (Emry) Parish.
Sonya was preceded in death by her parents Frank and Doral Parish and son Kevin Walters.
She enjoyed visiting with her family and friends at family gatherings or at a restaurant. She enjoyed going to community Baptist church when her health allowed and was passionate about her love for the Lord. Her greatest time was spent with her daughters and grandchildren
Survivors include her daughters Sheree Marley (J.R) of Lebanon; Kimiley Rivers (Rick) of Lebanon, and Tesha Frederick (Scott) of Guernsey, Wyo.; five grandchildren Tiffani, Troy (Jaime), Seth (McKinsey), Misty, and Mallory; seven great-grandchildren Weston, Lane, Haven, Alizabeth, Addison, Nicolas, and Hunter; her brother Larry Parish (Kathy) of St. Joseph; and many other relatives and friends.
Funeral services for Sonya Sue Parish were held at 2 p.m. Monday, Oct. 17, 2022 at Hedges-Scott Funeral Home in Camdenton, Missouri with burial in Dale Blair Cemetery. Memorials are suggested to the Hughes Senior Center in Lebanon.
