Laclede County Sheriff Davis Millsap is responding to information included in the probable cause statement for a Lebanon woman charged with child kidnapping.
Lebanon resident Alicia Delcour was arrested last Sunday.
In the statement outlining the case against Delcour, a Pulaski County detective wrote that the victim’s mother had made calls to the Laclede County Sheriff’s Department on the matter but did not receive assistance. Laclede County Sheriff David Millsap responded to this detail in an email to the Record.
