SHARLYN "SHARI" KAY MAUK

Sharlyn “Shari’’ Kay Juhl Mauk, 71, of Phillipsburg died Saturday, June 17, 2023, in Phillipsburg.

She was born July 7, 1951, in Harlan, Iowa to Robert and Betty Swenson Juhl.

On Aug. 26, 1971, she was united in marriage in Arvada, Colo. to Roland Michael Mauk.

Those preceding her in death include her parents, and two brothers, William “Butch’’ Juhl and Keith Juhl and one sister, Carol Wyant.

Shari worked at Sonic in Lebanon as a manager for over 20 years. She then worked for G3 Boats until her retirement in 2015. She enjoyed camping, fishing, working in her yard and sitting on the back porch, watching for hummingbirds.

Shari is survived by her husband, Roland Michael “Mike” Mauk; children, Jody Juhl and wife Velda of Phillipsburg and Jamie Mauk and wife Lori of Lebanon; six grandchildren, Michael, Todd and wife Katie, Colton, Corbin, Ashley and husband Jake and Britteny and husband Aaron; and Tyson Mauk; five great-grandchildren; two brothers, Wayne Juhl and wife Connie and Steve Juhl; other relatives and many friends.

There is no service planned at this time for Shari. Her body is to be cremated.
