SFC (Ret.) Raul C. Munoz, 70, of Dixon, died Wednesday, Dec. 2, 2020, in St. Mary’s Hospital in St. Louis.
He is survived by his wife Diane; seven children, William Munoz, Jessica Munoz, and Cody Munoz, all of Dixon; Vickie Ann Vargas (Mauricio) of California; Raul Munoz Jr. and San Juanita Nava (Jesse) both of Alice, Texas, and Jesse Miguel Munoz of Ohio; 12 grandchildren, three great-grandchildren; three brothers, Robert Munoz (Estella) of Sealy, Texas; Juan Munoz (Josefina) and Jose Munoz (Angie) all of Alice, Texas; four sisters, Yolanda Cavazoa (Diego) of Baytown, Texas; Francis Luna (Luis) of Baytown, Texas; Rebecca Hernandez (Jesus) of Orange Grove, Texas, and Maria Villarreal (Leopoldo) of Alice, Texas; a number of nieces and nephews; as well as a host of other relatives and friends.
Funeral services for SFC (Ret.) Raul C. Munoz will be held at 1 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 10, 2020, in Memorial Chapels and Crematory of Waynesville/St. Robert.
Burial with full military honors will follow in Missouri Veterans Cemetery FLW in Waynesville, under the care and direction of Memorial Chapels and Crematory of Waynesville/St. Robert.
Visitation will be 11 a.m. until service time at 1 p.m. in the funeral home.
