Sampson C. Proctor, 60, of Rolla, died Thursday, Dec. 17, 2020, in the Boone Hospital of Columbia.
He is survived by his mother, Rachel Proctor of Waynesville; three brothers, James Proctor (Clarissa) of Waynesville; Thaydious Proctor of St. Robert, and Vinson Proctor (Terri) of Charlotte, N.C.; one sister, Wanida Vilar (Michael) of Altamonte Springs, Fla.; several nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Celebration of Life services for Sampson C. Proctor will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 2, 2021, in the New Life Holiness Church of Dixon. Arrangements are under the direction of Memorial Chapels and Crematory of Waynesville/St. Robert. Visitation will be from 1 p.m. until time of service at 2 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 2, in the New Life Holiness Church of Dixon. Memorial contributions may be made in memory of Sampson Proctor and may be left at Memorial Chapels and Crematory of Waynesville/St. Robert.
