Samantha Jane Matthews, 47 of Lebanon, passed away Thursday, November 7, 2024, at Lake Regional Health System.
Samantha is survived by her husband, Brian Matthews of Richland; two children: Karlotta Jacobs (Evan Glover) of Fontana, Calif. and Andrew Jacobs of Knob Noster; two sisters: Becky Denton (Paul) and Darla Walton (Don) all of the state of Ohio; one brother: Elijah Ingles of the state of Ohio; several nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
Memorial contributions may be made in memory of Samantha Jane Matthews and may be left at the Memorial Chapel of Richland.
