Ruth Alene McCormack, 81, of Springfield, formerly of Niangua, was born Jan. 1, 1943, near Niangua to Ray and Georgia Ruth (Garner) Dodson and died Friday, March 29, 2024. She is survived by her husband Otho McCormack; a son, Darrell McCormack and wife Missy; a daughter, Janell Montgomery and her husband Jason; three grandchildren, and a sister-in-law Loretta Jackson. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, April 3, 2024, at Day Funeral Home in Marshfield. Burial will be in Marshfield Cemetery. Visitation will be from 10 a.m. until service time Wednesday in the funeral home chapel.
