Roy Meyer, Jr., 78, of Lebanon, was born June 7, 1945, to Roy L. Meyer Sr. and Florence Fitch Meyer in New Orleans, La. and died Saturday, Feb. 24, 2024, at Lebanon South Nursing and Rehab in Lebanon. He is survived by his wife Allison of Lebanon; five children, Coleen Bullock and her husband Josh of Lutz, Fla., Dawn Barnett and her fiance Doug Day of Conway, Kevin Davenport and wife Debbie of Marionville, Ill, Johnathan Alford and his wife Trena of Lebanon, and James Alford of Lebanon; two sisters, Linda Kreble of Waterloo, Ill. and Renee Meyer of Prairie du Rocher, Ill.; a brother, Ricky Meyer; 16 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at 9 a.m. Thursday, Feb. 29, 2024, at Holman-Howe Funeral Home in Lebanon. Visitation will be from 5-7 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 28, 2024, at Holman-Howe Funeral Home. Burial will be Thursday, Feb. 29, 2024, in Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery in St. Louis. A memorial to Alcoholics Anonymous has been established and donations may be left at the funeral home.
