Roseann Owen, 64, of Lebanon, died Saturday, April 18, 2020, in Lebanon.

She was born Sept. 5, 1955, in Richmond, Va. to Robert and Mary Kleiner Seelye, who preceded her in death.

Roseann graduated from Lebanon High School in 1973, and continued her education by attending dental assistant training. She was employed as a dental assistant at Fort Leonard Wood, Civil Service for 38 years. She enjoyed traveling and family get-togethers.

She is survived by her brother, Paul Seelye of Springfield; her nieces, Naida Ficks and her husband Wayne of Jefferson City, and Jessica Helton and her husband Josh of Lebanon; great nieces, Saylor and Stella Helton and Shylar and Brooklynn Ficks; other relatives and friends.

A limited graveside service and burial for Roseann Owen will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, April 22, 2020, at Calvary Cemetery with Steve Jones officiating, under the direction of Shadel’s Colonial Chapel of Lebanon. Friends may call at the chapel at their convenience. Under the guidelines of the state of Missouri, the staff of Shadel’s Colonial Chapel can only allow ten people at a time to gather. Those guidelines will be monitored during this time to accommodate the family and their wishes. In lieu of flowers, memorials have been suggested to Shepherd’s Pack or to Paws and Claws in memory of Roseann and donations can be left at or mailed to Shadel’s Colonial Chapel, P.O.
