Ronnie Ray Wheeler, 65, of Eldridge, died Monday, Oct. 17, 2022, in Eldridge.
He was born May 19, 1957, in Mountain Grove, Mo. to Ray and Edith Brown Wheeler.
Ronnie was preceded in death by his parents and two sisters, Messie Wheeler and Reta Carder.
He attended Mountain Grove Schools and earned his GED. He worked closely with his father for many years doing mechanic work. He later worked at the shoe factory in Cabool, and worked at Specialty Stairs and Rail for several years before his health forced him to retire. Ronnie enjoyed fishing and gardening. He liked to tinker with anything mechanical.
Survivors include special friends Carla and Stacy Bloodgood of Lebanon; five sisters, Louise French and husband Jerry of Mammoth Spring, Ark.; Connie Reed of West Plains; Della Wheeler of Nixa; Barbara Woodmansee and husband Buster of Bolivar; and Sherry Thomas of Willow Springs; many nieces, nephews extended family and friends.
No service is scheduled for Ronnie Ray Wheeler. There is no scheduled burial. His body is to be cremated under the direction of Shadel’s Colonial Chapel of Lebanon. Sign guest book at www.shadelscolonialchapel.com.
