Ronald Gene Weaver, 77, of Lee’s Summit, formerly of Hartville was born March 5, 1946, in Lebanon to Rev. Verlin and Mabus (Garner) Weaver and died Sunday, Feb. 25, 2024, at Jefferson Health Center in Lee’s Summit. He is survived by his wife Saundra Weaver of the home; one son, Stephen Weaver and his wife Susana of Castle Rock, Colo.; two grandchildren; one sister, Beverly Coberly and her husband Doran of Ava. Graveside services will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, March 2, 2024, at Coon Creek Cemetery under Hartville, under the direction of Craig-Hurtt Funeral Home of Hartville. Visitation will be from 1-1:30 p.m. Saturday in the funeral home.
