Rick Hyder, 67, of Neosho, died Wednesday, March 31, 2021.
He was born Oct. 8, 1953 in Springfield, Mo. to Delbert and Faye (Burney) Hyder.
On Nov. 6, 1971, he married Lenora Davis.
Survivors include his wife Lenora; two sons, Jason (Stephanie) Hyder of Ozark, and Jared (Michelle) Hyder of Granby; five grandchildren, Parker, Paige, Max, Marcus and Jude Hyder; two brothers, Randy (Becky) Hyder and Roger Hyder of Marshfield; two sisters, Debra (Kenny) Davis of Marshfield and DeEtta (Charlie) McClain of Republic and numerous other family and many friends.
Funeral services were held at 10 a.m. Friday, April 2, 2021, at the Hillcrest Church of Christ, Danny Boggs and John Deffenbaugh officiating.
A second service under the direction of Day Funeral Home of Marshfield, will be held at 2:30 p.m. Saturday, April 3, 2021 at the Church of Christ in Marshfield with Bob Lewis officiating. Visitation will begin at 1 p.m. until service time. Burial will follow in the St. Luke Cemetery, near Conway. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests contributions to Neosho Christian School, c/o Clark Funeral Home, P.O. Box 66, Neosho, Mo. 64850.
