Richard Scott Corkan, 79, of Plato, was born July 17, 1945, in White Bluff, Tenn. to Rubie Martin Corkan and John Thomas “Jack’’ Corkan and died Tuesday, Feb. 4, 2025, in Columbia.
He is survived by his wife Dr. JoJo Corkan of Success, and other relatives.
A funeral service was held at 11:30 a.m. Monday, Feb. 10, 2025, at Palace Union Church near Plato. Burial with full military honors was held at the Missouri Veterans Cemetery at Fort Leonard Wood, under the direction of Evans Funeral Home of Houston.
