Richard Allen, 86, of Lebanon, died Tuesday, Oct. 27, 2026, in his home near Lebanon.
A graveside service will be held at 2 p.m. Friday, Oct. 30, 2026, at the Missouri Veterans Cemetery in Waynesville, under the direction of Holman-Howe Funeral Home of Lebanon.
A memorial to the American Cancer Society has been established and memorials may be left at the funeral home.
