Rex A. Moore Sr., 57, of Lebanon, died Wednesday, Sept. 29, 2021, at his home in Lebanon.
He is survived by his children, Jeffery Moore, Amber Collins, Tabetha Moore and Rex A. Moore Jr.; brother and sisters, Danny Moore of Edwards; Hubert Moore of Van Buren; Leslie Moore of Lebanon; Harvey Moore of Hartville; Rodney Moore of Moberly; Brenda Moore of Kansas City, Kan.; Kathy Kohenskey of Lebanon; Sharon Coffman and Teresa Woolman, both of Hartville; nine grandchildren; a special friend, Shirley Moore; many nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
Funeral services for Rex A. Moore Sr. will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 5, 2021, in Craig-Hurtt Funeral Home at Hartville. Burial will be in Oak Grove Cemetery, north of Norwood, under the direction of Craig-Hurtt Funeral Home of Hartville. Visitation will be 6-7:30 p.m. Monday in the funeral home.
