Rev. W.E. Helsley, 92, of Mansfield, was born Dec. 1, 1932, near Hartville to Raymond Elbert and Eve E. (Lakey) Helsley and died Sunday, July 27, 2025.
He is survived by one daughter, Kathy Garrison and her husband Roger of Mansfield; one son, Mark Helsley and his wife Tresa of Mansfield; three grandsons, seven great-grandchildren and four great-great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Friday, Aug. 1, 2025, at Wolf Creek Baptist Church. Burial will be in Wolf Creek Cemetery under the direction of Craig-Hurtt Funeral Home of Mansfield. Visitation will be from 6-8 p.m. Thursday, July 31, 2025, at the church.
