Raymond Lin Witt, 85, of Buffalo, died Friday, Feb. 19, 2021.
He was born April 12, 1935, in Palisade, Neb. to Alvy and Irene (Carey) Witt.
Raymond married JoAnn Denbo in 1956, who preceded him in death in 2009.
He worked with Kraft Foods for 40 years.
Survivors include two children and their families, daughter Dixie L. (Witt) Dill and husband Charlie O. of Elkland, and their son Travis C. Dill and wife Stevie, of Elkland, and Tyler D. Dill of Elkland; and his son, Carl R. Witt and wife Marlene of Buffalo, and their sons, Michael and wife Kristi Wisdom of Kansas City, Mo., and Matthew and Lynn Wisdom of Buffalo; 11 great-grandchildren, three great-great-grandchildren; five siblings, Carol Carey of Elkland; Clinton Witt and wife Debbie of Lexington, Neb.; Jim and wife Belle of Boise, Idaho; Bob Witt and wife Jan of Buffalo; and Mike Witt and wife Tammy of Buffalo, also a host of nieces and nephews.
A visitation for Raymond Lin Witt was held from 6-8 p.m. Monday, Feb. 22, 2021, in the Cantlon-Otterness & Viets Funeral Home of Buffalo. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Breast Cancer Society or the Parkinson’s Foundation.
