The Lebanon City Council said goodbye to Ward 3 Councilman Josh Ray at its meeting Monday night. Ray, a former Lebanon mayor, was elected to the seat in June of last year but has now moved out of the ward he served. Ray brought his family along to his last meeting and talked about how the Council meetings had changed. “The last meeting they attended was a lot louder, a lot more unruly and I thought it was important for them to see how much things have changed. I wanted to tell you guys I appreciated working with you the last year and a half,” he said. “The culture change at city hall, it’s night and day.” Ray said he was proud of his contribution to the changes, but also praised his fellow councilmen.
