Randy Lewis Scruggs, 73 of St. Robert, Mo., passed away Saturday, September 27, 2025, in the Life Care Center of Waynesville, Mo.
He is survived by his wife: Rebecca L. Sisk-Scruggs of the home; one son: Matthew Scruggs of St. Robert, Mo.; his mother: Marcella Steinman of Mentor, Ohio; one sister: Brenda Berstler (John) of Mentor, Ohio; stepbrother: Scott Steinman (Heidi) of Olathe, Kan.; stepsister: Suzi Wilson (Tom) of St. Louis, Mo.; several nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
Celebration of Life services will be held at 6:30 p.m. Wednesday, October 8, 2025, in the Buckhorn Baptist Church of Waynesville, Mo.
