Randy Dean Butcher, 65, of Lebanon, was born May 8, 1958, in Lancaster, Calif. to Ray Dean Butcher and Peggy Louise Weaver Butcher, and died Thursday, Sept. 21, 2023, in his home. He is survived by his wife Rose Butcher of the home; six children, Nathan Butcher of Lebanon; Cori Wagoner of New York, Brian and Jeff Smith, both of North Carolina, and Jay and Sloan Whittley of Lebanon. All services for Randy Dean Butcher will be private, under the direction of Holman-Howe Funeral Home of Lebanon. A memorial has been established and donations may be made through the funeral home.
