The Lebanon R-3 School Board reviewed plans for dealing with COVID-19 and heard from parents who want to see more in-person learning at its meeting Tuesday night.
The Board approved the recommendations of School Superintendent Dr. David Schmitz to stay the course and continue with hybrid learning for grades 9-12 and continue virtual Fridays for Pre-kindergarten to 8th grade. Support will be offered for students who are struggling in grades 9-12.
Schmitz said the district will re-evaluate the learning patterns at the end of January.
