R-3 School District plans pay increases, hears bullying report

The Lebanon R-3 School District plans pay increases for staff during the 2022-23 fiscal year.
At Tuesday’s School Board meeting, District CFO Adam Dameron shared the final numbers of the 2021-22 fiscal year budget, as well as 2022-23 budget development.
In a school board report emailed to the Record, the district said the payroll increase for fiscal year 22-23 is budgeted at $1,678,513. This includes a step advancement for all eligible employees, a 4% cost of living allowance, a restructuring of the certified staff salary schedule, retirement increases, and health insurance savings realized by switching to Show-Me Benefits.
