R-3 School Board looks at plans for COVID-19 outbreak

In a work session meeting Wednesday, the Lebanon R-3 School Board talked about how the school district would deal with classes if COVID-19 cases increase. The board looked at a reopening of school plan presented by Superintendent Dr. David Schmitz, who spoke to the board via computer screen. The key focus of the plan, Schmitz said, was safety for students and staff, learning for all students and ensuring student experiences can happen. For more on this story see Saturday's LCR.
